About us

Deltec GmbH was founded around 30 years ago. Since then, products for seawater aquariums have been developed and sold. All products are subject to very high quality standards. Deltec is one of the pioneers in saltwater aquariums and has shaped and developed the industry with many inventions. Deltec was the first supplier of skimmers with a needle wheel.

“Made in Germany”, the skimmers, reactors, pumps, filters and other accessories and water treatment products from Delmenhorst are shipped all over the world. The ideas and requirements of partners, dealers and private customers are taken up and flow into the new development of many products.

In the meantime, customers in Europe, Asia, America and even Australia trust the reliable technology of Deltec GmbH.

But the public and commercial sectors also rely on Deltec products. In 2016, the largest reef aquarium in Germany was built in Karlsruhe with 240,000 l. The skimmers from Deltec are used for this. You can find more information and videos under “Downloads & Media”.

The generation change took place in June 2017. Together with the well-rehearsed team, the family company at the Delmenhorst location will continue to be led into a successful future.
